By using peepoop you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Not medical advice
peepoop is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Reminders, averages and patterns shown in the app are conveniences, not clinical guidance. Always follow your pediatrician's instructions, and contact a health professional or emergency services if you are worried about your baby.
Reminders are best-effort
Reminders depend on your device's operating system, its battery and notification settings, and — on the web — on push delivery. They can be delayed or missed. Do not rely on peepoop alone for a medicine dose that matters. Use a second alarm for anything critical.
Your account
You need a Google or Apple account to sign in. Keep it secure: anyone with access to it has access to your peepoop data. You are responsible for what is recorded under your account and for who you invite as a caregiver.
Caregivers
Inviting someone to a baby gives them full read and write access to that baby's records and reminders, and lets them invite others. Only invite people you trust. You can remove a caregiver at any time.
Acceptable use
Use peepoop for tracking your own child or a child in your care. Don't attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store anything unlawful.
Availability
peepoop is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep your data safe and to give notice before anything disruptive, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be free of errors.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of peepoop, including any missed reminder or lost entry. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
