Signing in

peepoop has no passwords. Sign in with Google, with Apple (on iPhone, iPad and Mac), or with just your email address — you'll either get a six-digit code or a one-tap link, and typing or tapping it is enough to create your account. If a code isn't arriving, check spam, wait a minute for the "Resend code" button to re-enable, and make sure you're checking the inbox for the address you typed.

Reminders not firing

On an installed app, reminders are scheduled on your device — check that notifications are allowed for peepoop in your phone's system settings, and on Android that "exact alarms" hasn't been revoked. On the web (peepoop opened in a browser or added to your home screen from one), reminders arrive by push from our server every 15 minutes, so they can be up to that far behind a scheduled time — this is a limit of what browsers allow, not a bug.

Caregivers

Inviting someone gives them full access to that baby's logs and reminders. Remove someone from Settings at any time; it doesn't delete anything they logged. If an invite doesn't seem to have arrived, the person you invited can also just sign up with the same email address and it will be applied automatically.

Deleting your account

Open Settings → Delete my account in the app and type DELETE to confirm. This is immediate and permanent — it removes your profile and every baby you're the only caregiver of, including all logs and reminders. A baby you share with someone else stays with them; you're just removed from it. You can also email us and we'll do it for you. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
